INVITATION TO BID

Prequalified bidders are hereby invited by The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium Association (CZA) to submit proposals for the North America Soil Borings Project. Proposals for the project will be received by The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium (CZA) until 5:00 PM on July 19th, 2023.

Project: Scioto Mile Fountain Improvements

Description: The project consists of the removal and replacement of the AEP  Foundation Fountain at Bicentennial Park including process equipment and piping components. Additional work included is  improvements to the hardscapes and softscapes surrounding the fountain as well as MEP modifications.

The Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority is seeking Request for proposals for Financial Consulting Services.   The response deadline is Wednesday May 31st, 2023, at 2:00PM. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 3:00pm Monday May 22nd, 2023. Bids should be submitted to Proposals@elford.com This project includes renovating the 3rd and 4th floors of the existing City of Columbus Public Health Building as Administrative Office Space. HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems will be upgraded throughout the building as well. Approximate sf is 62,000. Limited work will be performed on the 5^th and 6th floors including structural repairs, extension of new elevator up to the 5th floor and extension of utilities to the 5th and 6th floors for future renovations. Limited renovation work will be performed on the 1st and 2nd floors. The 1st and 2nd floor public and clinic areas must remain operational during construction.

There will be 2 phases of renovation:

1. Phase 1 – Renovation of 3rd and 4th floors – 13 months
2. Phase 2 – Renovation of 1st and 2nd floors – 3 months.

This project has an MBE/WBE participation goal of 20%.
