Project: Scioto Mile Fountain Improvements

Description: The project consists of the removal and replacement of the AEP Foundation Fountain at Bicentennial Park including process equipment and piping components. Additional work included is improvements to the hardscapes and softscapes surrounding the fountain as well as MEP modifications.
Trade Packages: Refer to Project Manual section 00 12 00 Bid Package Descriptions.
Bids are due June 30, 2023, no later than 2:00 PM.
Pre-Bid Meeting: A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on June 20, 2023 at 10:00 AM. All plan holders will receive an electronic invitation to attend the pre bid meeting. If an invite needs to be issued to you, email kmay@dugan-meyers.com and/or tschroeder@dugen-meyers.com.
Site Visit: A site visit will be made available on Thursday, June 22 between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM for prospective bidders to see the site. All visitors must have proper PPE including but not limited to Hard Hat, Safety glassed and Proper shoes. No PPE will be provided or available on site.
Bids shall be submitted via EMAIL to estimating@dugan-meyers.com
Emailed bids shall be clearly marked in the subject line “Scioto Mile Fountain Improvements Bid Package Number X”. Hardcopies of bids are not required, and bids are not to be sent to any other parties.
All bids shall be submitted on 00 03 00 Bid Form. Bids will not be accepted or considered if they are received after the deadline.
