SUMMARY OF PROJECT/PROPOSAL: The Franklin County Board of Commissioners, on behalf of participating County agencies, is seeking proposals from vendors to provide city-wide Transportation Services to Franklin County clients.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to procure Transportation services (Lift, Non-Lift and Escort) for Clients served by the Office on Aging (FCOA), Department of Job and Family Services (JFS), Office of Justice Policy and Programs (JPP) and the Veterans Service Commission (VSC) within Franklin County, Ohio.

FCOA provides transportation services to senior citizens by their Senior Options program. JFS provides transportation services to clients served by their LEAP, PRS and Title XX programs. JPP provides transportation to clients served by their SAFER Station, re-entry programming including Pathways Achieving Recovery by Choice (Pathways ARC) and transportation from Correctional facilities. VSC provides medical transportation services to veterans and their families.

Columbus Zoo and Aquarium Guest Entry Security Pavilion and Site Improvements

The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium (CZA) is seeking proposals from local companies to perform Design Build services for a new shelter structure, required infrastructure and site improvements at the guest entrance to support a new threat detection system.

A single contract will be awarded for this Design Build Project.

Bidders shall note that the Prevailing Wage Rates published by the Department of Labor are to be complied with throughout the project. Bidders shall also note that the Rules and Regulations on Equal Employment Opportunity (Executive Order 11246 & 11375) shall be made a part of this contract. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex, or national origin.

Building Crafts, Inc., an equal opportunity employer, is soliciting bids from EDGE and ODOT certified MBE, MBE, and WBE subcontractors and suppliers for the PRWWTP project which bids on August 10^th,2023. The Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, removal, replacement, installation of new equipment and/or modifications to existing equipment to the following areas and processes: demolition of existing sludge storage tanks; construction of three new sludge storage tanks and installation of jet mixing systems; demolition of existing pump building; construction of new pump building and installation of associated electrical and controls; demolition of existing odor control system; installation of new carbon adsorption odor control unit, new foul air ducting, and associated instrumentation and controls; demolition of existing sludge loadout station; and construction of new sludge loadout station. Items of work to be subcontracted or supplied include, but are not limited to the following: reinforcing steel supply/erection, concrete, aggregate, trucking, block and brick masonry, roofing, caulking and sealants, miscellaneous metals, doors and windows, painting, HVAC, plumbing and electrical. INVITATION TO BID

Prequalified bidders are hereby invited by The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium Association (CZA) to submit proposals for the North America Soil Borings Project. Proposals for the project will be received by The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium (CZA) until 5:00 PM on July 19th, 2023.

Bids must be received on the included bid form and must be submitted via email to Karen.Schenk@columbuszoo.org and Ryan.Albright@columbuszoo.org Bids arriving after the above date and time will be rejected.

Any questions pertaining to the interpretation of the contract documents are to be submitted in email to electronically to Karen Schenk, Karen.Schenk@columbuszoo.org.

No questions will be heard after 2:00 PM on July 12th. Answers deemed necessary will be given in the form of an addendum to the bidding documents and issued to firms on record with The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium Association (CZA) as confirmed bidding contractors.
