Franklin County issues bid notice for city-wide transportation services

PROJECT NAME: RFP # 2023-02-05 Franklin County Transportation Services

DATE AND TIME OF PROPOSAL OPENING: August 10, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.

SUMMARY OF PROJECT/PROPOSAL: The Franklin County Board of Commissioners, on behalf of participating County agencies, is seeking proposals from vendors to provide city-wide Transportation Services to Franklin County clients.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to procure Transportation services (Lift, Non-Lift and Escort) for Clients served by the Office on Aging (FCOA), Department of Job and Family Services (JFS), Office of Justice Policy and Programs (JPP) and the Veterans Service Commission (VSC) within Franklin County, Ohio.

FCOA provides transportation services to senior citizens by their Senior Options program. JFS provides transportation services to clients served by their LEAP, PRS and Title XX programs. JPP provides transportation to clients served by their SAFER Station, re-entry programming including Pathways Achieving Recovery by Choice (Pathways ARC) and transportation from Correctional facilities. VSC provides medical transportation services to veterans and their families.

Pre-Proposal Conference Date/Time: There will be two (2) Pre-Proposal Conferences. Attendance is not mandatory. See RFP for details.
