SBLA @OBDC: Understanding Estate Planning: Wills & Trusts for Entrepreneurs

A complimentary online workshop designed to help business owners create an estate planning strategy for their unique goals and needs.

Attorney Ambrose Moses will discuss the following:

Planning For Everyone

Estate planning is not only for the wealthy – everybody can benefit from ensuring their assets and finances are properly taken care of after their death.

Avoid Unnecessary Taxes & Fees

Without the proper planning in place, your kids and your wealth may be exposed to taxes & probate fees that could be reduced or even eliminated.

Legal Safeguards

Avoid court-administered guardianship and ensure your family members or trusted friends have the legal rights to fulfill your wishes.
