ODNR to host a Contractor Compliance Seminar

The Division of Engineering (DOE) represents the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) in all aspects of planning and implementing ODNR’s capital improvements program. It provides administration, project management, and contract oversight for ODNR Capital Improvement Program.

We are hosting a Contractor Compliance Seminar to provide the construction industry an opportunity to learn more about compliance requirements associated with our construction projects.

This opportunity is available In-Person or via Microsoft Teams Live. We will provide overview information on Prevailing Wage, Encouraging Diversity, Growth, and Equity (EDGE), Bonds, Insurance, and eComply for Design-Build, Construction Manager at Risk, and General Contractor contracts.
